Selinger Enterprises began working in 2000 with EGC and in 2005 performed the following service:
Ernest Canadeo owned a small building in Hicksville, Long Island, which his company was rapidly outgrowing. Our challenge was to find a building in a high-profile location which would not only add to his company’s image but also provide growth opportunity. This task was especially difficult since we were looking during the height of the market. The process required diligence, patience, and imagination. Over the next five years we diligently examined every single building which became available. In the end, our patience paid off as I found the perfect building in the perfect location.
