“
Our needs were complex but you understood our requirements and found us the perfect space at the perfect price. We always thought you were on our side; even after the deal was completed you continued to look out for our interests.

Richard Molé | Managing Partner
Weisberg, Molé, Krantz & Goldfarb, LLP
Weisberg, Molé, Krantz & Goldfarb, LLP, (“WMKG”), was successfully growing their client base causing them to hire additional accountants and support personnel. Unfortunately, their present office was unable to accommodate their growth. Their obstacle was to find another building which offered the space necessary for their growth, an updated image and a central location to accommodate their clients and staff. Of course, cost was a factor so finding the perfect building at the perfect price was their objective.
Recognizing the need for third party, professional representation, the firm hired Ross Selinger, president of Selinger Enterprises, Inc. After performing a comprehensive needs analysis, Ross understood that WMKG would need to be presented alternative locations that afforded them the location, image and value they desired. After extensive market research and analysis, Ross began negotiating with a few select landlords on behalf of WMKG. Ross had positioned WMKG as a solid accounting firm with an excellent history and recent growth. By “making the market” on behalf of his client, Ross was able to create significant leverage.
This proactive market approach enabled Ross to create an auction for Weisberg, Molé, Krantz & Goldfarb. The landlords were competing for WMKG’s tenancy.
